1. Shampoo hair gently without scratching the scalp, rinse thoroughly, and towel blot until damp.
2. Apply Pre-Wrap Lotion evenly throughout hair lengths and ends without rinsing.
3. Wind hair evenly onto suitable perm rods with moderate tension.
4. Apply Formula 0 Perm Lotion carefully to each wound rod, cover with a plastic cap, and process for 20 minutes without added heat.
5. Rinse rods thoroughly with warm water for at least 5 minutes and towel blot dry.
6. Apply Neutraliser evenly over rods, leave for 5 minutes, gently remove rods, rinse thoroughly for 5 minutes, and style.
