     We ship products from Thailand to over 150 countries worldwide.

2. Shipping Carriers

     - Economy Options: Thailand Post, SF Express

     - Express Options: DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex

3. Estimated Delivery Time

     - Economy Shipping: 10–25 business days

     - Express Shipping: 6–10 business days

 

     Please note that delays may occasionally occur during customs clearance. This is an external process beyond our control. However, if a shipment is found to be held for an unreasonable amount of time or fails customs clearance, we will issue a refund accordingly.

     Typically, only around 5% of parcels are randomly inspected by customs, depending on the regulations and strictness of each country. Express shipments are more likely to be subject to such inspections compared to economy shipping.

 

4. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

5. Shipping Costs

     Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. To ensure transparency and fairness, we charge shipping fees based on actual weight.

     - Economy Shipping: Charged per 100 grams

     - Express Shipping: Charged per 500 grams

Each product page includes the weight of the item to help you estimate the shipping cost before checkout.

Starting rates (may vary by country):

     - Economy shipping (100g): $6.39 – $11.28

     - Express shipping (500g): $28.65 – $46.09

 

Example (Shipping to the United States):
For a total parcel weight of 350g:

     - Economy Shipping: Charged as 400g → $19.69

     - Express Shipping: Charged as 500g → $30.60

     For express deliveries to remote areas, an additional surcharge may apply. If your location is classified as a remote area by the shipping carrier, we will contact you in advance. The surcharge is typically no more than $27.50.

 

6. Tracking Information
     All orders are assigned a tracking number, which will be sent to your email within 24–48 hours after dispatch. This allows you to track your shipment at every stage until delivery.

 

7. Import Duties and Customs Clearance
     Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we cover all customs clearance handling fees to help ensure a smoother delivery process.

 

8. Shipping Restrictions
     We strive to ship our products worldwide. However, some destinations may have restrictions due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.

 

9. Order Changes & Modifications
     If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the item is processed for shipment.
