1. Sterilize in boiling water for 5 minutes or use a steam/UV sterilizer before the first use.
2. Insert the nipple through the top of the wide-neck cap and pull until it seats firmly.
3. Check that the Air Ventilation System (AVS) valve is clear and functional before feeding.
4. Clean thoroughly with a nipple brush and mild detergent after every feeding session.
5. Replace the nipple every 2–3 months or immediately if any signs of damage appear.
