How to Use
Prepare the hair by washing thoroughly with a mild shampoo. Towel dry. Do not condition
Divide hair into sections. Wearing gloves, apply the straightening cream (Step 1) evenly from the nape upward, avoiding contact with the scalp by 1 cm. Comb gently to ensure even saturation
Leave on according to the recommended processing time depending on hair type. Perform a strand test during the process to assess elasticity
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until no product remains. Do not use shampoo
Towel dry the hair gently, then apply the neutralizing balm (Step 2) evenly throughout all sections. Leave on for the recommended neutralizing time
Rinse thoroughly again with lukewarm water. For best results, follow with a deep conditioner or treatment mask
Avoid washing or tying the hair tightly for at least 72 hours to allow structure to stabilize
